Our work starts with skills audits, and organisational involvement surveys. One example is applying Real Insight’s Service User Involvement Framework, which Nash published in “Service users and carer involvement: co-production”, in Long, Cronin-Davis and Cotterill (2017), to measure current peer involvement or to increase this where requested.
pEER GROUP INDEPENDENT facilitation
Real Insight’s peer support, mentoring, and link with ‘role model’ peer consultants contributes to the aim of establishing self-meaning, self-worth and mutual peer support networks. Our aim is to create more routes for self-employment and expand existing employment consultancies from its own organisational base.
